If you have a wheel chair you could induce your dog to push you in the chair, it doesn't have to be too vigorous, just enough so that you can become the ground when it is around the other dog. I'm presuming the dog isn't too aggressive because you must be controlling it to a large degree. The pushing in for food would be especially helpful for the fear of men in public. And then once your dog will take food as a way of grounding fear, you can then have men offer food and you can be the third party and these other people can be the trainers. Just modify things to make them work for you and you'll be okay, good luck.

Do you think your book has anything in it for an old dog trainer that is disabled physically and not able to play tug or go for runs in the woods. I use a service dog that is 2.5 years old and starting to show some aggression toward one of our little dogs and fear of men in public.
