May 22 – 25, 2014
Join us in Southern Indiana to learn some of the very basics of dog training, – all based from the Natural Dog Training methodology. Kevin Behan and team will be available May 22 – 25th in a hands-on training environment to show you the ins and outs of reliably eliciting obedience from your K-9 partner. Skills taught include: supple to down; come despite distractions; stay in place; in sync with multiple dogs; crating, and more.
The first day is an optional no-cost day for participants wanting an introduction to the Natural Dog Training method and its five core exercises, which will include a lecture and basic training steps with you and/or your dog in preparation of the seminar. The following days’ lessons will be more in-depth teaching on these exercises. While not necessary, attending the first day’s lecture and training series is advisable, so you and your dog can jump right in and get the most experience from the seminar.

I have a miniature poodle mix is a lovable little guy. His name is Buddy, but whenever I take him for walks or I’m in my car. Buddy growls or barks at just about everyone. Whether I am talking to him or. not. I start to freak out on him too. Is there something you could suggest.I have had him qsince July of 2014. He was 6 months old and now he is about14 months old. Can you tell what do and how to handle it. He is making me feel like I can trust him. P!ease help. Thank you.
Buddy has a good bark stuck inside which is why he growls or barks in a stream. So you have to teach him to bark at you, on command, in a clear coherent manner, rather than in the incoherent fashion with which he now does. There are other things as well (bite/push/collect/rub-a-dub) but this is a good place to start.
Hi they, I am wondering is there a Natural Dog Training Program in southern Illinois. I am looking forward to hearing from. Thank you.
There’s going to be a very comprehensive immersion program in Indiana in May on Memorial Weekend. A spectrum of dogs and issues so this will give you a thorough understanding of NDT. Thanks for your interest.
