May 22-25, 2014. Focus on: “From Head to Heart: Obedience Skills the NDT Way”. This is Kevin Behan’s Orginal Natural Dog Training program!

Tuition includes: written materials; 2 1/2 days of training both hands on and lecture by Kevin Behan; dormitory-style lodging; opening pizza reception; and, 2 lunches.

Optional: Wednesday, May 21, 2014 a no-cost introduction to Natural Dog Training theory and NDT Core Exercise Practice is offered to enrollees. This extra free day will be especially helpful to those who are unfamiliar with Behan’s methods or those simply wanting more time to practice.!

Cost: $325.00 paid on or before April 1, 2014; $400.00 for enrollees after April 1, 2014. Fees are non-refundable. Limited number of spaces available!

Books about Natural Dog Training by Kevin Behan

  Natural Dog Training is about how dogs see the world and what this means in regards to training. The first part of this book presents a new theory for the social behavior of canines, featuring the drive to hunt, not the pack instincts, as seminal to canine behavior. The second part reinterprets how dogs actually learn. The third section presents exercises and handling techniques to put this theory into practice with a puppy. The final section sets forth a training program with a special emphasis on coming when called.
